Product Details
CAUTION: Do not use the massager directly on the bones, such as on the spine, shoulder blades, hips, knees, elbows, wrists, ankle, etc. or on the navel or head.
CAUTION: Do not use this apparatus continuously for a long time. Avoid excessive pressure of the device on the body.
1. Connect the massage roller accessory by inserting the main body connector into the massage roller accessory connector. Shake the device a little to check that it has been connected correctly.
Note: once connected do not rotate the massage roller attachment manually
2. Always with the appliance turned off, plug the AC adapter into the power supply and connect the other end of the cable to the power port of the massager.
3. Slide the power button from the OFF position to the LOW position. We recommend that you start using this mode (“low”) before switching to the louder mode (“High”).
4. Massage each area only for 5 minutes to avoid damage. In total, to massage all the parts, only 30 minutes should be used.
5. When the job is done, slide the power button to the “OFF” position to turn off the massager and unplug it.
ABDOMEN:
1. Stand with your knees slightly bent.
2. Keep your abdominal muscles tight
3. Hold your breath and press the massager hard on your abdomen
4. Move and massage in a straight line from the navel outward in all directions. Do not turn while moving.
ANKLE / THIGHS:
1. Sit on the floor, bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor.
2. Slowly move the massager from the ankle to the inner thigh.
3. Stop for about 30 seconds on the inner thigh.
4. Straighten the leg, move it and massage in circular motions around the knee joint.
5. Move slowly and massage the upper part of the thigh.
BUTTOCKS:
1. Stay on your feet.
2. Move and massage from the protruding upper thigh to the buttock
ARMS:
1. Massage the inside of the arm from under the armpit to the end of the forearm.
2. Massage the outer side of the arm from the biceps to the end of the forearm.
CHEST:
1. Massage the pectoral in a straight line from below the clavicle down.
Note: If you are a woman, do not massage your breasts with this device.
SHOULDERS AND BACK
1. This massage is recommended to be done by someone else.
2. Start first at the back from the waist up in straight lines.
3. Keep moving the massager in a straight line from the shoulders (part of the back) where the neck starts out in all directions.
